FILE NAMES : BKHFddmm.csv
.....where dd=day of month, mm=month and BK=bookmaker which is
LA=Ladbrokes, HI=William Hill, CO=Coral, SU=SuperSoccer, ST=Stanley.
( HIHF1904.csv is below and shows William Hill HTFT odds )
There are five files of this kind, one for each bookmaker.
These files are Comma-Separated ( CSV ) and are suitable for import
into spreadsheet applications such as Excel.
Files show HALF-TIME FULL-TIME decimal odds for each of the possible
HTFT results HH, DH, AH, HD, DD, AD, HA, DA and AA. Also shown, the
bookie (bk), coupon line number (ln), coupon date (c-date) in format
yyyymmdd, and the home and away teams.
